The sessions combine the cognitive aspect that makes my son think and use his brain as well as building muscle tone and strength without him knowing it.

I cannot recommend this program enough if you are looking for something to help your child intellectually and physically and absolutely guarantee once you sign up you will be part of an amazing Specialcise family. My daughter looks forward to her weekly gym program with her friends and personal trainer. She gets a lot out of it. SHE likes it because she is having fun and knows she is getting stronger. She feels good afterwards and is always proud of her achievements and likes to show off her muscles.
